4. PURCHASES

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including your name, email, phone number, credit card number, credit card expiration date, and billing information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

5. REFUNDS

Our refund policy is as follows:

a) For digital products and downloadable resources: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued unless required by law.

b) For coaching services: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

c) For document creation services (CV writing, LinkedIn profile optimization): If you are not satisfied with the initial draft, we offer revisions as specified in your service package. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if we cannot meet your requirements after reasonable revision attempts.
